Overview
What we're building together
This engagement takes your venture from no documentation to a fully investor-ready, operationally structured startup — with a working physical proof of concept alongside it. Choose your entry point below, or commit to the full build. Either way, every deliverable is backed by a real track record.
Xavior and Ilyaas Motley bring 7 years of research, 4 years of active development, and $240,000 raised at pre-seed. What we're offering is not a service — it's a proven playbook, delivered directly through Motley Bros LLC.
Consulting — Starter
$14,500
Intro deck + pitch deck. Test the relationship, see the quality. Fully credits toward the sprint.
Consulting — Full Sprint
$49,500
All 6 consulting deliverables. Complete investor-ready infrastructure — pitch through GTM.
The work we're proposing isn't theoretical. Every document, framework, and system in this engagement was built live — under real investor pressure, with real capital on the line, across multiple ventures. What follows is not a product pitch. It's a record of execution.
Capital & Structure
$240K
raised at pre-seed — from a standing start, no institutional backing, no warm intros inherited.
We built the pitch deck, financial model, SAFE structure, and cap table from scratch — then took them into investor rooms and closed. That's the same work we're building for you.
Corporate Architecture
2-entity
HoldCo/OpCo structure designed, filed, and operating — IP isolated, future subsidiaries architected.
We navigated Delaware C-Corp filing, cap table design, option pool sizing, and investor governance — live, with attorneys, under real deal pressure.
We coordinated the patent process alongside fundraising and product development simultaneously. We know how to protect IP without stalling momentum.
Investor Relationships
Active
investor pipeline including New Era Fund GP — built through direct outreach, not warm introductions.
We know what gets past the first email, what kills a deal in the room, and what closes. We source, pitch, and close. That's what we're offering you.
Product Development
200+
athlete trials across 4 product generations — hardware taken from concept to validated prototype.
We built a custom robotic spray system, developed 10+ polymer formulations, and shipped two physical products using in-house 3D printing. Your POC is in capable hands.
Go-to-Market
Closed
a signed pilot agreement with the Seattle Seahawks as an early-stage pre-seed company.
We know how to get into rooms that shouldn't be open yet — and close once we're in them. Your GTM strategy will be built on real deal-closing instinct, not frameworks from a textbook.
