If you participate in ARMA’s early-stage development, provide Product feedback, or engage in community initiatives, we may recognize your contribution in our public Founders Archive (as defined in Terms). Recognition will be limited to your first name and last initial (e.g., “Jordan M.”), unless you provide explicit written consent for full name usage. You may opt out of public recognition at any time by contacting us at legal@armadillogloves.com within 30 days of purchase.

8.California Residents; Shine the Light Law
Pursuant to Section 1798.83-.84 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to request from a business, with whom the California resident has an established business relationship, what types of personal information, if any, the business shares with third parties for direct marketing purposes by such third party and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Please note that, under the law, we are not required to respond to your request more than once in a calendar year, nor are we required to respond to any requests that are not sent to the above-designated email.
