Your order is governed by the terms that were in effect on the day you placed it — not by whatever is on this website today. Every version we have published is kept here so you can read the exact agreement that applies to you. Purchase terms & refund policy
Full refund for voluntary cancellation within 30 days of purchase. After that the preorder is committed and is not refundable for change-of-mind cancellations, except where ARMA authorizes an exception or where refund rights are required by applicable law — including if ARMA cannot ship within the timeframe shown on the order.
Full refund at any time before fabrication of the glove begins. Orders placed in this window keep this right.
All sales final on submission, subject to the limited remedies stated in that policy (verified damage or manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of delivery; non-delivery after 7 months). Includes the Founders Archive provisions, which do not apply to ordinary ARMA preorders.
Privacy Policy
Covers what we collect, how we handle hand-scan data, who we share with, and your rights. The Privacy Policy applies as currently published; material changes to how we handle scan data are notified by email.
